The Web/Intranet Network based Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) software from HL SOLUTION helps schools to upgrade to the format prescribed by CBSE and MBSE. The software converts marks to respective grades, generates report cards as per CBSE guidelines, manages workflow and acts as a repository for student and teacher data. Recently we have added a new module Integrated Evaluation Scheme introduced by Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) for High School and Higher Secondary School.

Student Information System:

Attendance, homework, discipline, grades and achievements! Almost all information regarding the students can be accessed easily using our school management software. Teachers and Principal can use the student database to avail basic information of students like grades, address, information regarding parents and siblings etc. In addition to these information, details regarding the students’ medical history, accounts, billing etc. are also added. The Student Information module of the software covers the following features (Not all the features are mentioned here to save papers and space):

1. Admission & Re-Admission:

The Admissions feature takes the hassle out of enrolling new students as HL School Management - the most sought after school management system can be used as a school admission software or student admission software as well. From tracking new student inquiries to enrolling students for the next session, the Admissions feature provides an easy and convenient way to manage the large amount of information required for and produced by the admissions process. With easy to read pages that are completely customizable, student admissions have never been so easy.
The Admissions feature is actually where the powerful school management system process begins. Once student information is entered during admissions, it is saved in the student information system (SIS) database and is available to qualified school staff for as long as the student is enrolled. Teachers, administrators, and departments no longer need to copy or reenter information and needing multiple files for a single student is eliminated.
The streamlined admissions process effects all staff in the school making their jobs easier and more efficient by reducing paperwork, errors, and redundant administrative tasks. Admission Receipt can be printed using any kinds of printers: inkjet, laser, thermal, dot-matrix, etc. Once a student is admitted, a useful information SMS is sent to the registered parents’ mobile number. (The bulk SMS feature is explained in separate paragraph below)

2. ID Card generation:

Student ID card creation could never be easier. As soon as you admit a student, you can print his/her Student ID Card. If you prefer to print it in the Printing Press, you can export the ID card to Image Format. You do not need to spend extra money to make Student ID card for your school. The design and features of the ID card is produced according to the satisfactory of the institution.

3. Monthly Fee Management:

School Fee Management is always a time-consuming project, but one that certainly cannot be ignored. You have to keep track of numerous types of school fees and then apply them to the correct students, manage incoming payments and receipts, and making bills and sending notices when bills are due. HL School Management can help you streamline the whole process of school fees collection so that it doesn’t get out of control, or consume more time than necessary. HL School management provides a way simple way to charge school fees, manage payments, print and save receipts, and even a way to deliver payment notices via SMS. All billing and payment information is stored in the student’s file, so all information is kept together in one place. Itemized charges, both past and upcoming, are easy to view and reference. Standard school charges can be set up once and then applied as necessary keeping billing consistent and reducing billing errors.

4. Updates & Delete:

You can easily update existing records of Student. If you mistakenly admit a student, you can delete the student and retain the unique ID generated by the software for a new student. Updating student data is very easy in HL School management. Our software is a software with access control system. As such updating and deleting students` record can be done by only authenticated users.

5. Searching...:

One of the most important features school management software is its ability to search and filter data. The main advantage of using a software also depends greatly on its features in searching and sorting and filtering data in various ways. Our software combines the most useful algorithms for searching student data and filtering sorting them the way you like. Recent release of the core base language of our software has tremendously improved its performance on searching, filtering and sorting data seamlessly.

we have added datagrid list of students. Class-wise list of students, Hostel List of Students, Sex-wise List of Students, Session-wise List of students, Age group list of students are the main datagrid list. 6. Export Data:

With the increasing importance of information and less usage of paper for its environmental impact, electronic and digital storage of useful data and information has become a common practice. All offices, companies, schools and colleges start using PDF, word or Excel file system to store their important data mostly due to its compatibility with cross platform devices and portability to quickly share to others. As such, HL school Management system also integrated export functionalities for such file format. You can easily export any data in our software to PDF, Excel and Word. All the exported data in HL School management software are in printable format. You do not need to resize, drop, modify or delete any parts of the data to make it printable. It is a print-ready.

7. Result Management:

School management software can help teachers and school authorities to streamline the process of generating report cards using an interactive database. With the already available information about a student’s class performance, attendance and exam results, the database completes the report card automatically.
You enter the marks and grade scored by the students. And you could print them right away. All the result calculation in Pre-Primary, Primary and Middle Sections are based on the latest system introduced by CCE, and the mark calculations in High School and Higher Secondary School are based on the IES (Integrated Evaluation Scheme) introduced by MBSE.
In addition, if the school has its own method of calculation, the software can be modified to meet the requirements of that school. List of Result (class wise), can be printed as soon as you finished the mark entry. You can also save the marksheet in image (png) format. You can quickly print the student mark sheets right from their profile window. The feature can be very useful when encountering with parents.

8. Biometric Attendance:

Biometric Attendance management system has become commonly in use in most offices and schools. Biometric Device usually comes with software for managing the data in the device. However, most of the software that comes with biometric are complex and require a highly skilled computer operator in order to effectively use it. Also you have to manually take out the data in the device to USB stick and import them into the software. After years of research, HL School management has developed its own Biometric Device driver software and integrated it into the School Management Software without the need to run a separate biometric software. In addition, you no longer need to manually take out the data from the device using USB stick. Our software automatically import the data directly from the device and could quickly present you the latest attendance data from the device. Unlike other software, the attendance reports in our software are highly customizable to meet your requirements. Biometric system is intended particularly for teachers. However, if a school requires it for its students, customization can be done.

9. Bulk SMS Messaging:

Bulk SMS helps to interact with parents for parent teacher meeting, school activities, student performance, school results and school announcements. SMS alert system is also integrated into Monthly Fee Management, Attendance management. You can send SMS announcement to all classes in one go. You can also manage your own personal messaging group and contacts as well. In today`s world, we have WhatsApp, Messenger and Facebook, hangout., etc. for communication but these applications cannot replace SMS in one way or the other because they depend very much on the availability of internet and its bandwidth. So even most of the banks are using SMS for communicating with its customers.

10. Certificates:

The software can generate Transfer Certificate, Testimonial Certificate, Character Certificate and Provisional Certificate. The Certificates can be printed directly from the software to your printer. You can also export it to Image format. More Certificate like sport achievement certificates and health certificate can also integrated into the system on request.

11. Multi User Environment:

The software can be used by more than one person at a time from different client computers. There are 3 levels of users: Super Admin, Admin and Staff. The Online version also has three levels of users: Admin, Staff and Student. 12. Reports: The software comes with various reports. Some reports are presented visually with different types of charts. Calendar—>features:
1.     Both Lecturers and staff can access Three Calendars, Task Calendar and Attendance Calendar, Routine Calendar in read only mode.
2.     Principal will access Four Calendars, Task Calendar, Attendance Calendar (full permission) and Lecturer/Staff Calendar (Full permission) and Routine Calendar.
3.     Attendance calendar is used for marking, deleting and editing attendance.
4.     Task Calendar is used by staff, lecturers for adding their task and viewing the tasks assigned by the principal.
5.     Notice Calendar is used for Scheduling.
6.     Class Routine Calendar is used by staff and principal for adding Class-routine.
Exam—>features:
1.     Select Class, Semester, Subject, Date of Entry, Full Mark and you are good to enter marks for your selection.
2.     Once marks for all subjects are entered, you can view, print and export Result.
3.     The mark-sheet/roll-sheet will be generated according to the feature and design requirements of the institute.
4.     All the calculation logics and algorithm will be done by the software.
5.     No room for errors by the software as long as the data entered is correct.

How to Implement:
1.           Once we sign an agreement, we will research your existing IT infrastructures i.e., Network, Computer, Forms and Format,etc.
2.           We develop the software from our existing framework and finished it by the deadline we agree. (Minimum 2 weeks).
3.           We will do the LAN wiring (if not done - 1 day)
4.           We install the software and attendance devices in your best existing computer (1 day). This computer will be the main server.
5.           We will be giving training and introduction to the software and attendance devices (1 day).
6.           The institute will pay according to the agreement.
7.           For the first 1 year, we will be giving free support which includes: bug fixes, patching, and optimization of existing features and optimization of the machine where the software is installed.In case the machine where the software is installed becomes corrupted, we can do rebooting of the machine and recovering of your data at small charge.
8.           If the institute opts for annual maintenance support after the first 1 year, AMC will be charged.
9.           Data entry will be done by the institute. If the institute wants us to do the data entry, we will charge ` 3 per 2 datum. Data entry means entry of students’ detail. We can enter lecturer and staff data free of charge if not more than 50 datum.
